I’m Isabel Cuevas, a Certified Birth Doula, Postpartum Doula, and Lactation Counselor serving families in San Diego, Murrieta, Temecula, and surrounding Southern California communities. I am here to guide you, empower you, and reassure you that you’ve got this.
With professional training and hands-on experience supporting growing families, I provide evidence-based education, emotional support, and personalized care throughout pregnancy, labor, birth, and the postpartum period. My goal is to ensure that you, your baby, and your partner feel confident, informed, and supported every step of the way.
Whether you are preparing for your first birth, planning a VBAC, or transitioning into postpartum life, we will create a plan that honors your values and supports your unique journey.

When you hire me as your doula, you are choosing someone who will stand beside you during some of the most vulnerable and transformative moments of your life.
As a birth and postpartum doula serving San Diego, Murrieta, Temecula, and surrounding Southern California communities, my role is to create a space where you feel safe, heard, and fully supported.
I am someone you can feel comfortable with a trusted presence when doubts or questions arise, and a calm guide when emotions feel overwhelming. My support is centered on building trust, providing evidence-based information, and helping you feel confident in your choices throughout pregnancy, labor, birth, and postpartum recovery.

Birth Doula
Care and assistance during labor and birth, in the hospital, birth center, or at home. Have the birth you want with the support you need.
Postpartum Doula
In-home support after the arrival of your new baby, including infant care instruction, breastfeeding & lactation education, meal prep, and more.
Belly Binding
Encourages healing from the pelvic/pubic separation that occurs during pregnancy

Prior in becoming a Doula Isabel was in the healthcare profession for 15 years; She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing along with extensive training and awards.
She entered motherhood in the year of 2014, where she started to acknowledge every path to parenthood is unique. She realized that every parent deserves supports that will be awaken on their own resiliency, self-love, and compassion as they will start to navigate the life altering path of birth and parenting. Isabel decided to be Trained through DONA Int. where she learned that each pregnancy is unique and each path into parenthood needs love and support.
